John (Jay) Miller, MMS, PA-C
John (Jay) Miller grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, attending Colorado State University for his undergraduate education. He received a degree in Natural Resource Management and Conservation Biology. After several years working as a Park Ranger and EMT in Teton National Park, he went on to receive a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the Idaho State University Physician Assistant Program. He worked for two years in Family Practice and Urgent Care in a rural healthcare system in Northern California and returned to Colorado to joint Fort Collins Family Physicians in 2009. He enjoys spending time in the mountains, telemark/backcountry skiing, cycling, cooking and traveling.
